You retain ownership of content you create within the app (recipes, reviews, photos). By sharing content publicly, you grant Mélange Studios LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service.
The Mélange name, logo, design system, and app content are the property of Mélange Studios LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mélange Studios LLC does not guarantee that cocktail recipes will suit your taste or dietary needs. Always check for allergens and consume alcohol responsibly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mélange Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
